Launching the revised <IR> Framework, January 2021

We are pleased to announce that the IIRC will be launching the revised <IR> Framework in January 2021.

The conceptual thinking and principles on which the <IR> Framework was founded are still as relevant as when the IIRC was formed 10 years ago. As a consequence, the revision focuses more on clarification than substance, and reinforcing the importance and quality of disclosures.

As part of the launch, we will be holding a free webinar in January with a range of industry experts offering their expert insights on the <IR> Framework.

At the webinar we plan to:

• discuss the shift towards articulating broader value creation and what it means for business;
• examine how investor attitudes have changed over the last ten years and what it means for investment practices;
• introduce the revised <IR> Framework and how the revised Framework will further improve corporate reporting.
