Zurisadai Ruiz

Membership & Engagement Associate

Zurisadai Ruiz is the Membership & Engagement Associate at the IFRS Foundation. In this role, she is the go-to person for managing the customer experience for both organisational and individual members of the Membership program.

From an early age, she has been involved in social and sustainable projects. In 2012, she started her professional career as a national volunteer coordinator in an NGO, in which she promoted intercultural and social exchange between German and Irish families with Mexican families and projects. During her time living in Mexico City, she worked in the coordination of prevention, intervention, and reintegration projects for victims and survivors of human trafficking.

Currently living in Montreal, the city she now calls home, she has restarted her professional life working in sales and customer service.
